SHIPPING AND LOCAL DELIVERY
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with the products and services we offer. This includes shipping and the convenience of local delivery and cake set up (when applicable).
While most of our cakes are delivered locally and can not be shipped, we do offer domestic shipping options for select signature sweets and retail merchandise. Our goal is to deliver undamaged, fresh, quality goods and products in a timely manner.
While we do charge a fee for local delivery, set up is provided customarily.

If you encounter a problem with your shipment or delivery where we did not meet your expectations, please let us know immediately.

From Design to Delivery
Your cake will be the centerpiece for your special event. It should be a reflection of your personal taste and style. We offer personal consultations and tasting services to cover all of the important details of your cake well in advance of your special day.
We will schedule your initial meeting for a one hour window to discuss your theme, cake design, color, taste, as well as your personal style and budget. We highly recommend that you bring some design inspiration with you. This might be a wedding invitation, special photos, color/pattern swatches, or anything else that inspires your vision. It is our goal to bring that vision into an edible work of art. This important step in the cake design process has made a big difference for many of our customers.
THE TASTE TEST - During your consultation, you will be provided with three cake samples (flavors are pre-selected by you) to assist in your decision-making. **This is included with the $25 cost of your consultation reservation. *Late or missed appointments are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled. Our tasting days are normally Tueday and Saturday. We will do our best to accommodate requests for other days. Please contact us for more information.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL
An Affair to Remember
We now offer equipment rentals for a fraction of the cost of buying. Impress your guests, from elegant cake stands and displays to flowing champagne fountains.
Ask about our inventory and how we can make your event an affair to remember!
*Rentals must be reserved at least one month in advance to confirm availability and to hold your date. Pricing depends on the stand/equipment. If reserved with your cake order, the rental fee and refundable deposit will be included with the cost of your cake and is due with the initial cake deposit. Rentals are due back within 3 days of your scheduled event. **Late returns will incur an additional $10/day fee up to 13 days. **Unreturned rentals will incur a replacement fee after 14 days. Fee depends on cost of stand/equipment.
