We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with the products and services we offer. This includes shipping and the convenience of local delivery, cake set up (when applicable), and cake service at your venue (fee applies).
While most of our cakes are delivered locally and cannot be shipped, we do offer fast domestic shipping options for select items and retail merchandise. Our goal is to deliver undamaged, fresh, quality goods in a timely manner.
Cake setup (maximum of 1-hour) is provided customarily.

Your initial 1-hour consultation window will cover your theme, cake design, color, taste, your personal style, and budget. **We highly recommend that you bring some design inspiration with you. This might be a wedding invitation, photos, color/pattern swatches, or anything else that inspires your vision.
